Jeremy Turner, PhD, is a co-founder of Turner Scientific, a company that provides noise and vibration measurement and consulting services, as well as measurement tools for animal facilities. He is also a co-owner and chief scientific officer of OtoScience Labs, where his research focuses on rat and mouse models of hearing, the impacts of noise on the ear and brain, and the neuroscience of hearing loss and tinnitus. His research has been supported by the United States National Institutes of Health (NIDCD and NIA), Office of Naval Research, the Tinnitus Research Consortium, and most recently a grant from the US Department of Defense Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury Program. He is also a professor at Illinois College.
